Personal Self Defences South Australian Branch,  Empty Hands Martial Arts on Saturday, Nov 7th, had the pleasure of being invited to do a demonstration at the Hillcrest Community Fair. This was a great opportunity to promote our new Hillcrest location (we had a table, thankfully in the shade!).Sensei Tim Barnes and students showing their Kenpo Skills to the local community and the benefits of traning in the martial  arts, Sensei Tim would like to thank all the students who helped out on the day, I couldn’t have done it without you!    Sensei Tim Barnes
